Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused front desk representative to join our team. The front desk representative will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

·        Answer phones and handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and efficient manner

·        Assist clients with inquiries and requests and provide information about products and services.

·        Process transactions, including taking payments and issuing receipts.

·        Maintain accurate records and update client information in the database.

·        Perform general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

·        Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.




·        1+ years of customer service experience.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

·        Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
