Note: Role holders will be expected to work with varying working hours and outside of their normal role profiles occasionally. They may also be expected to travel field locations as necessary.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
Relevant university degree and prior experience in child protection and/or MHPSS programmes or related field and strong technical understanding of child protection, MHPSS, child and adolescent participation and community level approaches.
Experience in NGO development sector including working in partnership with local NGOs.
Experience of and commitment to working through systems of community participation and accountability
Able to work and take decisions independently as well as in a multi-cultural team to ensure timely and high-quality results.
Strong written and oral communication in Turkish and English;, with experience in working with multicultural teams
Ability to synthesize and analyze information, and make clear, informed decisions
Commitment to and understanding of child rights, Save the Children values and Child Safeguarding.
Strong planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities.
High integrity personality.
Capacity and willingness to be flexible in difficult working circumstances.
Strong command of MS Office applications (i.e. Word, advanced Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams)
Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in Arabic and Kurdish will be required from some positions, but desired for all

Position holders will be based in Hatay and Gaziantep, therefore legal right to work in Türkiye is necessary at the time of application. Application will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
